The location was perfect for a few nights during a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the lobby and breakfast area was nice. The gym was small, but well-stocked.

The ENTIRE staff was helpful, friendly and considerate. No one stays here for fun!! The staff is aware of this and make sure you have everything, including info and transportation when you need it.

A very comfortable little studio apartment. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Everything you need for an extended stay while getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic which was two minutes away. Shopping mall within five minutes with maybe 20 different options for restaurants.

Great check-in, I didn't get breakfast but the dining room was busy every morning which suggests it's good, staff were very accommodating with a late check out.

The free shuttle service was great and loved your free breakfast. Not a ,"Continental BREAKFAST" But a actual breakfast. Nice, clean people were very nice.
