The staff works hard to accomodate people with special needs. There is a golf cart shuttle running all day to get you to and from appointments at the Mayo Clinic. They have a new restaurant for lunch and dinner in there with really good food. Room rates are comparable to nearby hotels and airbnb's with the perk of being right on the Mayo Clinic property.

Clean. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good. Exercise room adequate. They have large golf carts to take guests to Mayo Clinic buildings and back.

The staff at the hotel was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming and playing some of the other games provided. The hotel was clean and super convenient to lots of things we were doing in Phoenix.

The location was perfect for a few nights during a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the lobby and breakfast area was nice. The gym was small, but well-stocked.

The ENTIRE staff was helpful, friendly and considerate. No one stays here for fun!! The staff is aware of this and make sure you have everything, including info and transportation when you need it.

it is a great location especially if you have appts at Mayo. Nice touch adding the bar, convenient.
